Why aren’t the thumbnails displayed properly in the creatives list?

Creatives made from the standard template that uses partial user information in display content creates a thumbnail that is displayed differently than the original display format. Standard templates that use user information in display content contain templates that display browsing history.

Creative thumbnails displayed in the campaign list are generated when the creative is made in CODE Marketing cloud, however, because there is no user information used in the display content at that time, the thumbnail is not created based on the original display and instead a sample image is displayed in the thumbnail. This is a normal operation and will not cause any problems in campaign implementation.
