The following campaign-wide settings must be configured the first time CODE Marketing cloud is introduced.
- 1. Base measurement tag placement
- In order to recognize users who visit the website and provide customer service on CODE Marketing cloud, you must first place measurement tags in JavaScript format which are shared across all pages on the site. This page explains how to check and place measurement tags.
- 2. Conversion settings
- In order to measure the results of web customer service on CODE Marketing cloud, conversions must be configured in the Admin Screen. This page explains how to configure conversions.
- 3. Customizing measurement tags (optional)
- CODE Marketing cloud offers customized tags that can be added for the information and customer service information you want to measure. Placement of such tags makes it possible to use dynamic creative templates and measure detailed results. This page explains how to customize measurement tags by adding customized tags.
