What should I do if creatives overlap?

In CODE Marketing cloud, the screen is divided in to 3 x 3 (vertical x horizontal) sections for a total of 9 areas where creatives can be displayed simultaneously. Only one campaign can be displayed per area.

However, campaigns may overlap on small screen such as smartphones, or in case of large campaign display sizes. Caution is required when using creatives with a 100% vertical or horizontal footer or sidebar.

Keep the following in mind in order to prevent overlapping creatives.

Adjust the display page targeting conditions

Adjust the targeting conditions of the page that displays the creative and make changes so that campaigns where creatives are likely to overlap are not enabled at the same time.

Adjust the size and position of the creative to be displayed

When displaying multiple creatives on the same page, adjust the size and position of the creatives so that they do no overlap.
