Questions when using the service
How is campaign display priority determined?
The higher the priority value set in the campaign, the higher the display priority is.
Campaign display priority is determined by the priority level only when there are multiple campaigns and the page where the CODE Marketing cloud creative is displayed and the display position overlaps.
On the other hand, if the creative display position differs on the same page, multiple creatives are displayed simultaneously regardless of priority level.
As a special example, it is not possible to display another creative while a creative is displayed in modal format (while the background is grayed out except for displayed creatives). Modal creatives are a format that used to promote something in particular to a user, which is why they cannot be displayed simultaneously with other creatives.
However, after modal creative is closed by the user or closed automatically, another creative is displayed if it meets the trigger conditions.
Additionally, after non modal creatives are displayed, the modal creative may be displayed simultaneously.
