Why is a campaign displayed even though the status is suspended?

The following could be to blame when a campaign with a suspended status is displayed.

Tags for a test environment have been pasted in the production environment

On sites where test tags have been pasted, the creative is displayed if targeting conditions are met even in suspended campaigns in order to check the campaign display.

Check if tags for a test environment have been pasted on the production site (the site you want to provide customer service on).

A campaign with the same information has been published

There could be a campaign with the same information. Check if there are any published campaigns that you did not intend to publish.
