What types of standard templates are available?

There are various types of standard templates including a creative template for linking users to a subsequent action or conversion in a specific customer service scenario.

Also, in creatives there are structurally different templates such as one that displays input text and images as-is, and templates that dynamically display values obtained from servers or browsers.

In other words, template differences lie in the combination of scenario differences and structural differences.

Type by scenario

Types that differ by scenario are as follows.

  • Guiding to telephone/inquiry
  • Introducing recommended products
  • Introducing multiple products (ranking)
  • Permanent display menu
  • Coupon

Template type by structure

Types by template structure are as follows.

Static template

This template displays input text and images as-is.

Dynamic template

The template itself does not have a display value. Instead, this is a dynamic template where the display content changes depending on visiting users and displayed pages.

There are two types of dynamic templates depending on the source of the value.

  • Front dynamic template
    • This template generates content utilizing visiting user information, visit time, and page information.
  • Server dynamic template
    • This template generates content utilizing values based on visiting user information, visit time, and page information sent to CODE Marketing cloud and other coordinated services.
