Leading users to recommended pages with diagnostic content

Using diagnostic content can recommend product and category pages to users via a game format. Because this content is very much like a game, it can turn users into fans, which in turn results in information shared on social media.

Creating diagnostic content

You can create diagnostic content from the standard template “Provide a recommended travel destination based on the results of diagnostic content”.

Although a travel destination is proposed as a default, this item can be customized based on your business type and purpose.

Diagnostic content framework

You can set a 3-step question. Two responses can be set for each question. Questions branch off in as shown in the figure below depending on user responses. You can recommend three patterns of diagnostic results depending on user responses.

※Note that the branch destination from each question cannot be changed or added (This is option is planned to be offered in the future). Set questions and responses according to the figure below.

Set questions and responses

Set Q1 to Q3 questions and responses in the Creative Tool text box. When doing so, note that the destination according to responses cannot be changed in the standard template.

Check the preview of each page

Selecting the response in the preview makes it possible to preview the page for each branch destination. To return to the initial screen, click the reset button on the top left of the preview screen.
